Saab Assembly (1969–2003)
Valmet's founding contract — over three decades assembling Saab 95, 96, 99, 90, 900, 9000, and 9-3 Convertible models for Saab-Scania.
Model historyTalbot / Simca Assembly (1979–1987)
Between 1979 and 1987 Valmet assembled Chrysler/PSA Talbot models — Simca-Talbot Horizon, Simca 1307/1508, and Talbot Solara — totalling 31,978 units.
Model historyOpel Calibra (1991–1997)
Valmet built approximately 94,000 Opel Calibra coupes in Uusikaupunki — becoming the sole production site after Opel's Rüsselsheim line closed in 1995.
