Valmet Automotive Lada EuroSamara (1996–1998) History

From 1996 to 1998, Valmet Automotive assembled a Finnish-market variant of the Russian Lada Samara known as the EuroSamara. The contract was brief and the volumes modest, but it reflected the plant's versatility in the mid-1990s as it bridged the end of large-scale Saab work with the arrival of its next major client.
