Overview

The send-off for the S197 before the all-new, independent-rear-suspension S550 arrived for 2015. The 2014 lineup carried over: 3.7 V6 (305 hp), 5.0 GT (420 hp), and the 662 hp GT500. It was the last Mustang with a solid rear axle and the last built at Ford's Flat Rock plant under the S197 design.
