Jetour X95 History
History
The X95 was presented at Auto Shanghai in April 2019 as Jetour's range-topping seven-seater, slotting above the X90 with a larger body. Chinese sales began in November 2019, offering the same 1.5-litre and 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engines used across the Jetour range, paired with dual-clutch automatic gearboxes.
As Jetour expanded its portfolio with newer, more technologically advanced models — including the Dashing and the T-series lineup — the X95 was phased out of production in 2024 after a five-year run. It was replaced in the brand's full-size segment ambitions by the Zongheng G700 (2025), a body-on-frame SUV available with a plug-in hybrid drivetrain.
