History

Introduced in February 2023 and launched for sale in China in September 2023, the T2 (marketed internationally as the Jetour Traveller) represents the brand's most serious off-road offering. It was styled under the direction of Hakan Saracoğlu, a former Porsche designer, giving it a boxy, purposeful silhouette reminiscent of Land Rover Defender-influenced design language.

The T2 measures 4,785 mm long on a 2,800 mm wheelbase and is powered by a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 390 Nm of torque through a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. Off-road credentials include a 220 mm ground clearance, 28-degree approach angle, 30-degree departure angle, and a claimed 700 mm wading depth. The interior centers on a 15.6-inch infotainment screen powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip, paired with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. A plug-in hybrid variant (T2 i-DM) was also developed for markets requiring electrified options.
