Deepal L07 History

Introduced in September 2024, the L07 shares the SL03's D-segment liftback body and 4,875 mm length but is positioned as the technology-forward complement to its sportier sibling. Its distinguishing feature is a full integration of Huawei's autonomous-driving and cockpit stack: an augmented-reality head-up display, Huawei's Qiankun intelligent-driving system, and HarmonyOS infotainment.

The L07 was also Deepal's first model offered for export to Thailand from the Rayong plant that opened in 2024, with 743 units sold there in its launch year. In China, 16,054 units were delivered between September and December 2024, establishing it quickly alongside the established SL03 rather than replacing it.
