Anadol SV-1600 History

Running alongside the STC-16 sports coupé, the SV-1600 was Anadol's practical estate variant, employing the same 1.6-litre Ford engine but in a five-door load-carrying body. Otosan claimed the SV-1600 as the world's first fiberglass five-door station wagon to reach series production — an extension of the brand's already-established fiberglass expertise into a new body format.

The SV-1600 sold in modest but steady numbers over a nine-year production life, appealing to Turkish buyers who needed greater load capacity than the A2 saloon could offer. Total production reached 6,499 units, a meaningful contribution to Anadol's overall output.
