Alfa Romeo Brera History
History
The Brera (2005–2010) was a 2+2 grand touring coupé designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro, sharing the GM/Fiat Premium platform with the 159. It debuted as a concept at the 2002 Geneva Motor Show and entered production for 2005.
Engine options included four-cylinder and V6 units, with the top-specification 3.2 V6 Q4 offering all-wheel drive. The Brera was never officially sold in the US market. A related open-top 'Spider' model used the same platform from 2006 to 2011.
