Ora iQ History

The iQ was the first vehicle to go on sale under the Ora nameplate, with sales officially beginning in August 2018 and establishing the brand as Great Wall Motor's dedicated EV marque.

A compact crossover-style electric vehicle aimed at the urban Chinese market, it was produced only briefly; the Black Cat and later, more distinctive models took over as the brand's focus shifted toward retro-inspired designs.
