History

The Singer Vogue arrived in July 1961 as a badge-engineered, more luxurious version of the Hillman Super Minx, with distinctive front-end styling and richer trim. It was offered as a four-door saloon and an estate car.

A second-generation New Vogue followed in 1966, now based on the Rootes Arrow saloon, again with a saloon and (from 1967) an estate. The Vogue continued until 1970, when — along with every other Singer — it was discontinued, its role passing to the Sunbeam Vogue.
