Ringbrothers Switchback (2013 Mustang GT) History
History
Ringbrothers' Switchback was a 2013 Ford Mustang GT built in collaboration with Ford and debuted at the 2012 SEMA Show. The car paired a ProCharger supercharger on the 5.0-liter Coyote V8 to produce 575 hp, complemented by Flowmaster headers and a full Ringbrothers carbon-fiber body treatment: front splitter, aluminum side vents, and a two-piece modular carbon-fiber hood.
The Switchback earned Ford's Special Recognition for Outstanding Achievement in Design at SEMA 2012 and was among the first builds to establish the brothers' signature aesthetic of clean billet detailing over aggressively restyled American muscle.
