Riley MPH History

The Riley MPH was a small-production two-seat sports car built between 1934 and 1935, inspired by Riley's competition cars of the period. It offered a choice of three sizes of the company's six-cylinder engine — 1,458 cc, 1,633 cc or 1,726 cc — fitted with twin or triple SU carburettors.

With its long bonnet, flared wings and underslung chassis, the MPH is among the most sought-after pre-war Rileys, though very few were made before it gave way to the four-cylinder Sprite.
