History
Launched in 2016, the QM6 was based on the second-generation Renault Koleos and replaced the QM5 as the brand's mainstream family SUV. Built at the Busan plant alongside the sedan lineup, the QM6 offered 2.0-litre petrol (direct injection) and turbo diesel powertrains with available AWD, and quickly became the brand's top-selling model in South Korea.
The QM6 was refreshed in 2022 with updated styling and new features. Following the 2024 rebranding of the company to Renault Korea and the shift to selling models under the Renault name, the QM6 was renamed the Renault Koleos in the Korean market. Under either badge, the model continued in production into 2024.
