Lincoln Nautilus History

The Nautilus debuted for the 2019 model year as a heavily revised, renamed continuation of the MKX, part of Lincoln's shift from alphanumeric badges to evocative names. It kept the two-row crossover role with EcoBoost four-cylinder and twin-turbo V6 options and Lincoln's wing-themed grille.

A fully redesigned second-generation Nautilus followed for 2024, built on a new platform with a hybrid option and a dashboard-spanning panoramic display — a major technology and styling leap for the model.
