Introduced for 1974, the Ramcharger was a full-size two-door SUV based on Dodge's pickup trucks, with a removable top in early years, competing with the Ford Bronco and Chevrolet Blazer.
North American production ran through 1993; a later Mexican-market-only version (built in Saltillo on the 2nd-gen Ram chassis) ran 1999–2001.
