Brilliance H330 History
History
The Brilliance H330 sedan was launched on the Chinese market in April 2013, paired with the H320 hatchback companion to replace the ageing BS2/BS4 compact series. Priced at the budget end of the C-segment, it targeted China's tier-2 and tier-3 city buyers with a straightforward petrol powertrain. Peak annual production occurred in 2015–2016.
Production wound down through 2021 with monthly volumes declining to zero by December of that year; a newer H3 nameplate was positioned as a successor. The H330 was also assembled in Egypt through the Bavarian Auto Group, one of several Middle East and North Africa assembly partnerships Brilliance maintained.
