History
The Grand Ville launched for 1971 as Pontiac's new top-of-the-line full-size car, sitting above the Bonneville with more luxury content.
It was among the last big Pontiac convertibles. The Grand Ville lasted only through 1975 as the full-size luxury market contracted around the first oil crisis.
