Ola Electric S1 Air History

Launched in 2023 as part of Ola's Gen 2 platform rollout, the S1 Air sits between the entry-level S1 X and the flagship S1 Pro. It uses a hub-mounted motor producing 4.5 kW peak power and was offered with a choice of 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh battery packs, giving claimed ranges of 85 km, 125 km, and 165 km respectively. Top speed is rated at 95 km/h.

The S1 Air carries the same 7-inch TFT touchscreen and MoveOS connectivity suite as the S1 Pro but omits the more powerful mid-drive motor, keeping the ex-showroom price accessible. Starting prices were set around ₹84,999 for the 2 kWh variant. Like all S1-family scooters the Air benefits from Ola's over-the-air update capability, meaning feature improvements and bug fixes are pushed remotely.
