Hudson Wasp History

The Wasp debuted for 1952 as a step-down Hudson on the shorter wheelbase shared with the Pacemaker, positioned below the senior Hornet and Commodore. It carried Hudson's 232- and later 262-cubic-inch sixes.

After the 1954 Nash merger the Wasp, like the Hornet, was rebodied on the Nash platform for 1955–1957. It was discontinued along with the rest of the Hudson line when the marque ended after the 1957 model year.
