Devel Sixty History

Devel revealed the Sixty 6×6 SUV at the 2017 Dubai International Motor Show alongside the production-intent Sixteen. The vehicle uses a 6.7-litre turbocharged V8 diesel engine producing a claimed 700 hp, driving all six wheels through a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission attached to a bespoke six-wheel-drive system with portal axles, independent suspension, and a central tyre-inflation system. Devel claimed a 0–97 km/h (0–60 mph) time of under 5 seconds.

The Sixty seats six passengers and was positioned as an extreme luxury off-road vehicle intended for Middle Eastern buyers who want utmost capability alongside conspicuous presence. Production was stated to be handled in the United States, with a starting price of approximately $450,000. Limited deliveries were reported to have commenced around 2019, though confirmed production volumes remain undisclosed.
