History
Unveiled at the Munich Motor Show on 6 September 2021 and entering production in early 2022, the Jogger was designed to replace three separate Dacia models — the Logan MCV estate, the Lodgy MPV, and the Dokker van-derived passenger car — with a single, more coherent vehicle. Based on the third-generation Logan's CMF-B LS platform with a stretched 2.90-metre wheelbase, it offers five- and seven-seat configurations at a price far below comparable European seven-seaters.
The Jogger's elevated ride height and crossover styling cues set it apart from a conventional estate, while its near-van dimensions give genuine practicality. A hybrid variant arrived in 2023, bringing a 140-hp mild-hybrid powertrain to the budget MPV segment — another Dacia first-in-class moment for the value-car buyer who wants electrification without the EV premium.
