Aston Martin One-77 History
History
Unveiled in 2009, the One-77 was a flagship hypercar limited to exactly 77 examples, built around a carbon-fibre monocoque with an aluminium body. Its naturally aspirated 7.3-litre V12 produced around 750 PS, making it one of the most powerful naturally aspirated road cars of its time.
Hand-built and hugely expensive, the One-77 served as a halo car and technology showcase for Aston Martin, demonstrating carbon-fibre construction the company would later apply to the Valkyrie and Vulcan.
