History
The DB11, launched in 2016, replaced the twelve-year-old DB9 and ushered in a new design language for Aston Martin under Marek Reichman. It introduced a new bonded-aluminium platform and a twin-turbocharged 5.2-litre V12, later joined by a Mercedes-AMG-sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8.
Offered as a coupe and Volante convertible, the DB11 was the brand's mainstream grand tourer for seven years and the foundation for its successor, the DB12, which replaced it in 2023.
