Pininfarina B95 History
History
Revealed at the 2023 Monterey Car Week, the B95 (the 'B' standing for Barchetta, '95' for the design house's 95th anniversary in 2025) is the second model from Automobili Pininfarina. Only 10 examples are to be hand-crafted at the Cambiano facility, each built to individual owner specification, with a base price of approximately €4.4 million — roughly double the Battista's.
The B95 shares the Battista's 120 kWh battery and four-motor platform, delivering the same 1,400 kW (approximately 1,877 hp) and 2,300 Nm output. It is 49 mm wider than the Battista and features the world's first electronically adjustable aeroscreens, inspired by vintage fighter-plane windscreens, in place of a conventional windshield. The roadster body is fully open-sky, with no roof option.
Customer handcrafting and deliveries were scheduled to begin in 2025. A special 'Gotham' variant — a collaboration with Warner Bros. and the Wayne Enterprises IP — was previewed at the 2024 Monterey Car Week, illustrating the bespoke-commission model Automobili Pininfarina has adopted for its ultra-low-volume lineup.
