Jaguar XK140 History
History
The XK140 replaced the XK120 in 1954, keeping the same basic shape but adding more power from the XK six, rack-and-pinion steering, and a more accommodating cabin, with the engine moved forward to free up interior space.
It bridged the XK120 and the XK150, and like its predecessor was offered as a roadster, fixed-head coupe, and drophead coupe.
