Humber Humberette History

The Humberette was Humber's entry into affordable motoring in the pioneer era, a small, light voiturette first sold from 1903 that helped establish the company as a serious car maker after its bicycle and early tricar beginnings.

The name was revived for a cyclecar from 1913 — an inexpensive air-cooled (later water-cooled) V-twin light car aimed at the boom in cheap pre-war motoring — before production ended in 1915 as the First World War took hold.
