History
The original two-seat Insight (US 2000–2006) was the first hybrid sold in the US, an aerodynamic aluminum coupe famed for extreme fuel economy.
Honda revived the name as a five-door hybrid hatchback (2010–2014) and again as a Civic-based hybrid sedan (2019–2022).
