History
The Clarity nameplate covered three distinct alternative-fuel sedans sold from 2017: a hydrogen fuel-cell car, a plug-in hybrid, and a battery-electric version.
The plug-in hybrid was the volume model; Honda ended Clarity production in August 2021 (the Plug-In Hybrid and Fuel Cell were both 2021 final model years, with fuel-cell leases lingering into 2022).
