Hillman Super Minx History

Introduced in 1961, the Super Minx was a larger, slightly more upmarket sibling to the standard Minx, originally intended as its replacement before Rootes chose to keep both in the range together.

Offered as a saloon, estate, and convertible, it shared its engineering and badge-engineered siblings (such as the Singer Vogue and Humber Sceptre) with the wider Rootes family. It was produced through 1967.
