History

The FX Super One is the launch product of Faraday X (FX), a second, more affordable brand Faraday Future created to reach beyond the six-figure FF 91. Previewed privately in mid-2025 and publicly detailed on July 17, 2025, it is a large luxury electric multi-purpose vehicle (minivan) aimed at the American market at a far lower price than the FF 91 — reporting at the time pointed to a sub-$100,000 target.

Its signature feature is the 'Super EAI F.A.C.E.' (Front AI Communication Ecosystem), a programmable front-end display panel meant to communicate with pedestrians and other road users, paired with an in-house embodied-AI agent system for voice, gesture, and vision input. Faraday Future announced two powertrain options — a fully electric version and an 'AI hybrid' extended-range configuration — with production at the Hanford, California facility beginning with pre-production vehicles in December 2025 (the first rolled off the line on December 21, 2025) ahead of a phased customer-delivery rollout starting in the second quarter of 2026.
