Buick Envista History

The Envista debuted in the US for the 2024 model year as Buick's newest and most affordable crossover — a low-slung, coupe-styled subcompact that slots beneath the Encore GX. It shares its turbocharged three-cylinder engine with the Encore GX but is offered front-wheel drive only.

Its sleek proportions and aggressive pricing made it an immediate volume player, broadening the bottom of Buick's now entirely SUV-based North American lineup.
