The Z8 (2000–2003) was a low-volume, retro-styled aluminum roadster inspired by the 1950s BMW 507, powered by the M5's S62 V8.
A hand-finished halo model, it also appeared in the James Bond film The World Is Not Enough and is now a sought-after modern collectible. Total production was 5,703 (3,160 rest-of-world, 2,543 North America). Source note: Wikipedia "BMW Z8"
