New for 1935, the Talbot 110 was the final and largest development of Roesch's engine family: a 3,377 cc six-cylinder producing 120 bhp on a new dropped chassis frame. Also new that year were Luvax adjustable dampers and a pre-selector gearbox, with an automatic 'traffic clutch' augmenting it for 1935 to allow sequential upward shifts without a conventional clutch pedal.
The 110 was in production only briefly. The financial collapse of STD Motors and the subsequent Rootes Group acquisition of the Kensington factory in the mid-1930s ended the Roesch era and with it the entire 14/45-derived family. The 110 is the rarest of the Roesch Talbots, built in very small numbers.
