History

Rezvani unveiled the Tank in November 2017, delivering its first units in 2018. The vehicle was built on a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (JK) platform, wrapped in an aggressive angular body with military styling cues: flat glass, exposed hardware, and a squared-off silhouette. Base power came from the 6.4-liter SRT HEMI V8 producing 500 hp, with a 707-hp Hellcat V8 available as an upgrade for an additional $65,000. Pricing began at $178,000.

The Tank's headline feature was its optional military package, which added B6-rated ballistic glass, Kevlar body panels, a Kevlar-wrapped fuel tank, thermal night-vision cameras, and electrified door handles — making it one of the few turnkey armored SUVs available to civilians without a special license. A Military Edition launched in 2018 took the package further with additional tactical equipment, priced at $295,000.

Later iterations upgraded the engine options to include a 1,000-hp supercharged 6.2-liter V8 (the same unit found in the Dodge Demon) and expanded the Tank's optional features. The Tank appeared in the 2019 film Men in Black: International, raising the model's pop-culture profile.
