Chevrolet Sonic History

The Sonic replaced the Aveo for 2012 as Chevrolet's North American subcompact, offered as a sedan and a sportier hatchback and uniquely built in the United States for its class.

An available turbocharged engine and the RS appearance package gave it some character before it was discontinued after 2020.
