History

The TSX arrived for the 2004 model year as a compact luxury sedan derived from the European and Japanese-market Honda Accord, replacing the departed Integra sedan's role in Acura's lineup. Its 2.4-liter four-cylinder and precise six-speed manual made Car and Driver's Ten Best list in 2004, 2005, and 2006. A wagon body style was added for 2011, a rarity in the segment. The second generation (2009–2014) grew slightly and added a V6 option before the TSX was consolidated into the new TLX for 2015.
