The fourth-generation Firebird (1993–2002) was the final one — rounded composite-panel styling, the LT1 V8 (1993–1997) then the LS1 V8 (1998–2002) in the Trans Am and Formula, and the WS6 Ram Air package at the top. Production ended on August 30, 2002, retiring the Firebird and its Chevrolet Camaro sibling together.
