Overview

The fourth-generation Wrangler (JL) launched for 2018 (revealed late 2017), lighter and more refined than the JK while keeping the solid-axle, removable-top, removable-door formula. It set the stage for the electrified and V8 flagships that followed: the 4xe plug-in hybrid and the V8 Rubicon 392, both for 2021.
