The Terminator's entire run. The supercharged 4.6 DOHC made a factory-rated 390 hp — widely beaten in the real world — with an iron block and forged internals that made it nearly bulletproof under boost. It used a Tremec T-56 six-speed and the Cobra's independent rear suspension. The 2004 car added an available 40th Anniversary package (it was the Mustang's 40th year) and continued unchanged before the retro S197 arrived for 2005.
