Eighth-generation Corvette (C8 "Stingray", 2020–present)

2020–present

The eighth-generation Corvette (2020–present) is the most significant redesign in the car's history: the first rear mid-engine production Corvette, ending 67 years of front-engine layout. The base Stingray's mid-mounted 6.2L LT2 V8 delivers supercar pace at a sports-car price, and the generation has since added the flat-plane LT6 Z06, the all-wheel-drive E-Ray hybrid, and the 1,064-hp twin-turbo ZR1.
